Splitters and mergers now respect a belt tier, the site got a thorough accessibility and speed pass, and e-mails arrive in your language.

## What's new

Splitters and mergers in the Planner now have a **belt or pipe tier**, and they honour it. The
default is the game's maximum — Mk.6 at 1200 per minute for belts, Mk.2 at 600 m³ per minute for
pipes — and you can lower it in the logistics dialog. A splitter that a plan used to push 1500 per
minute through now calculates with 1200 and shows a `capped` badge. Plans that stayed under the
limit calculate exactly as before.

The **Belt Balancer** got another round. "Collect" now builds only from ordinary splitters and
mergers everywhere, and picking the cheaper of two mirrored constructions saved buildings across the
board: about a quarter fewer buildings than the arrangements we measured before this change, and no
arrangement got more expensive.

Two passes you cannot see directly but will feel. **Accessibility**: every icon button has a name,
every landmark is labelled, there is a skip link, the focus ring is visible, and the muted greys were
lightened until they pass contrast. **Speed**: the game data no longer loads on pages that do not
need it, fonts ship as subsets, and images carry their dimensions so the page stops jumping while it
loads.

E-mails now arrive in **your** language — the one in your account settings — rather than the
language of whichever page happened to trigger them.

## Why we changed it

The belt tier is the honest answer to a question the Planner was quietly dodging. A plan that moves
1800 per minute through one splitter is arithmetic, not a factory: in the game that splitter is a
Mk.6 belt and it will do 1200. Showing you `capped` at the point where reality bites is more useful
than a number you can never build. If a plan of yours changes because of this, it was already
unbuildable — and now you can see where.

Also fixed: sign-in, registration and account forms could lose what you typed if you were fast
enough to type before the page finished loading. That one had been there a while, and it was our
fault, not yours.
