# Alpha Spitter (Desert)

HP: 60. 1–12 (close); fireball < 20 that splits into 5 × < 10; large fireball 50 (explosion, large radius, knockback)

Within 3 in-game days if no player is within 150 m of the spawner.

Ranged fireballs: the close-range fireball has strong knockback and deals more damage the closer you are; the long-range fireball deals more damage with distance. Long cooldown between shots of the same type.

Spitters lead their shots without accounting for direction changes – run in a zigzag. Friendly fire between Spitters is possible.

Alpha Spitters deal area damage with every attack; the large fireball can be destroyed with melee or ranged weapons.
